        Remember what you did as a kid. You walk,run, bike, skip, jump, crawl, etc. There was never a thought about staying fit as a kid. Just emulate your youthful activities.

            I have a treadmill. It was the cheapest one that sears had! I have been walking on one for 25 years and eventually I wear them out, but I have only had 2, so they last a long time.

              Walking, jogging, and biking works well for me spring summer and fall, but it's harder in winter in the northeast. Tough to go outside and run when the sidewalks are covered in snow or ice, plus it hurts to breathe below-freezing air!, and exercise videos can get a bit boring. I try to walk or jog on the warmer days, and do situps and pushups inside. Still need to find more cardio stuff to do in the winter!
