The produce at our Wal-Mart is totally gross.

I've never had issue with the quality of walmart produce. We normally shop at one of two different super W-marts and the produce is as good as anywhere else.

there is always a chance that your walmart has good produce but ours sure does not
This always happens to me, and it's the reason I won't buy produce at Walmart again.

my walmart is overpriced in the produce now that they have driven p & c in our area out of business. I will be shopping at Wegmans and Aldi's because they are still cheaper and Wegmans is much better.

We had some of the berries, one of the apples and one of the peppers and they were all fine. My wife bought some broccoli but didn't use it yesterday.

We don't shop at the nearest Walmart @ 18 miles away. That town has no competors--Walmart ran them out after they opened.....

But, once in a blue moon I go to the one near our church at almost 30 miles because they will accept & match the competetors ads, and right across the street is Ald's--so, they will match the add and take a coupon on the item as well. That is a good deal. However overall, their prices are higher than the local grocery stores in that area.

But, I have gotten bad grapes, and bad citrus fruits at Walmart several times in the past.

DW and DD used the broccoli and 2 potatoes tonight. They said everything was fine. Maybe we're just lucky with our store but we'll definitely buy there again.
