it is annoying isn't it? some other person could be out using your card and you would not even know it cause these companies are not checking ids. I use to work for toysrus and no matter what if it had to be signed we had to check ids. I am sorry it just irritates me that they don't ask when it is their job!

I worked at publix and we did the same there too!! debit do not check but if it's credit we always checked id's, people use to get so mad at me too but I didn't care!!

I am one of those that got annoyed, I don't have ID, I don't drive and I am not waiting in line for a renewal ID. I hate when there is a picture on my card and they still ask for ID, if they really look at it I have to go hunt down my DH to buy anything. (But I do understand, not yell, just annoyed)
