I would think that when you friend brings this up and 'brags', she is looking to evoke a reaction from you, and for you to be impressed at some level. It sounds like you are not ready to leave the friendship, but I would be very upfront.
Next time she tries to brag, why not just say, "You know, I'm not at all impressed by what you do, and I don't approve at any level. I would prefer that you don't bring it up around me because it makes me feel uncomfortable. I do not support you in this at all."
Or maybe add, "You may call it getting a deal, but the police will call it a STEAL".
