5 reasons I won't be buying an iPhone

Iphone is too much expensive..

Aleta: You'd be surprised at how many people don't care about the cost. It doesn't come out until tomorrow, but people here are already lining up to buy one.

I love the iPhone. Won't be getting it for several reasons:

1. It's available only on AT&T. Tried the network before, didn't like it at all. For the next 5 years it will be only on AT&T.
2. It's very cool, but has too many gadgets. Honestly, all I would use it for would be to call people. And probably get directions to places.
3. The price! 'Nuff said.

We too have stock with Apple and I hope it does well.

I love new technology

I love the features that the iphone offers, but there is no way I will spent that much each month for service. I have sprint, and if I were to have the same plan on the iphone i'd be paying about $60 more a month. Not to mention my Instinct has some useful features that the iphone doesnt have.

the palm pre is supposed to be a better alternative

my brother got the palm pre and he loves it, he used to have an iphone and swears that the palm pre is much better.

I stick my my old cell. I don't think a high dollar cell phone will make me any richer, sound any skinner or look any prettier. If I want to get online, I will go to a computer--I have no need for that in a phone.
Guess I am old fashioned.

Gee, sounds like to me that you actually want one, Disney Steve! Especially to go to all the trouble to write about how you DON'T want one. Like the 5th grade kid who insists he doesn't like the girl who sits in front of him and badmouths her to everyone just to prove it.
