I need $200 by friday, HELP!

Hey everyone, new to the forum, well met. Anyways I am in a predicument. My rent is due friday and im unfortunately short about $200. My roomates are counting on my contribution and responsibility, so I need some ideas. Anyone out there know of anyways to make $200 in about 5 days? I have thought about donating plasma, but thats only going to bring me around $60. Also thought about doing some medical studies, but I doubt I will have time. Any suggestions or anything? Thanks!

Do you have any lose change you can cash in? Beer or soda bottles to turn in for recycling? The plasma is a great idea if you can get in and get the cash in time. Sell something on craigslist of value.

The link above has some interesting ideas...including babysitting, cleaning houses, or selling used books.

anything you could list on ebay? box tops for education? some formula checks that have come in the mail? if not go to the formula sites.. they usually send something quick.. maybe walk some dogs?

Anything you recently bought that could be returned to the store? Or any gifts recently received...ask for the gift receipt?

Can you talk to your roommates? Can they cover you for a few extra days?

I would dig for stuff you can sale on ebay for some odd reason when I am broke I can always find something to sale on thier lots of things I would have never thought of selling cause its junk to us dh mentions it & we list it & make alot!!! He bought this old clunker dirt bike once for like $100 laid in the garage for awhile tell he parted it out & I sold it by parts we made alot more than we paid for it. And people buy broken things too I think he had a broken ps2 once along time ago someone gave him at work we sold it for alot at the time on ebay. I was in shock didnt think anyone would have a use for a broke ps2 KWIM

also look in the paper or craigslist sometimes tthey list weekend only, or one night only gigs like security for a party, etc...call local landscaping, construction companies they sometimes have some small grunt work that is do it and get paid on the spot...Plasmas good....selling soemthing on ebay as well.

Helpin ppl moves house, stuffs or b a driver if u got ur own transport.

Wash & polish car, babysittin, deliver flyers, sellin-off old junks - bicycle, pc, mobilephone, laptop, tv, watch, books... anything even old newspapers, cans or botols.

B a part-timer as promotor, cleaner... watever job can earn $

I don't know if your jurisdiction allows this, or if this even applies...

In Ontario, employees are given 4% of their salary as vacation pay. It's like a 4% "bank" at your company. I have received requests to cash out a day or two, we can cut the cheque within 48 hours, and do a manual adjustment next pay period.

Not all companies are that generous though.

For someone in such a dire situation, strange that the OP abandoned the site after only one post. Maybe s/he was hoping we would feel sorry for him and fork over some sympathy money, and when he saw people making suggestions that involved actually being proactive about it, he upped and left...
