I did like what I read in that article. . . that most retailers that have their merchandise on-line offer the same discounts at the stroke of midnight. I might have to check that out!

First off I hate crowds and shopping however that said I might shop if there is a deal worth fighting the crowds for. A few years ago I fought the crowds to save a couple hundred bucks on a computer system at best buy. I thought it was well worth it. I guess what I'm saying is I would fight crowds if it's worth >$100 otherwise not a chance.

i don't wanna shop black friday, but staples and office max have some GREAT deals on thumb drives. one of 'em has a 3 pack of 1g drives for $40 after instant rebate. i think it's available online at 12:01a on friday though, i'm gonna check!

Best Buy is pretty much the only store I hit on that morning. They usually have my favorite TV series, "24", on sale that morning for a great price.

So I decided to work Black Friday....

But since my job is 15 minutes away from the Outlet Malls down the highway Ill go there at about 5am, shop for Mom and Dad, then go to work.

Talk about best of both worlds

About the only stores we have in our town are the dollar stores. I guess there won't be too much shopping there!
