We just helped the state move a 16 year old girl out of her home to another part of the state (abusive parents) and when we went to set up accts in her name she was already 35,000.00 in debt, her parents put credit cards, electric bills, cell phones ect.. into her name, over the course of two years.

That is outrageous!
