We have a little neighbor boy that is really very sweet, but he won't leave us alone! He is always peering over the fence, asking us what we are doing. Can he come over and play with Molly (our dog). Can he come inside and have something to eat. Blah Blah Blah. He lies in wait for us! We can't get a moments peace with this kid! Where are his parents??

This lil boy is also always asking dd to pass her toys thru the fence so he can see him. Since I don't know the parents or have much of repore with them I'd prefer they not as I don't want to have to go to their door to ask for a toy he wouldn't give back. Besides they'll be on the same school bus togeather in no time anyway. Now is that a good thing or a bad thing??

My oldest is like a lil menace to our neighbors to the north of us. She loves their toy poodles & of course wants to watch the neighbor lady garden, not her mom of course! GRRR! WHo even planted her a lil garden to tend too! Anyway they had some potted tomato plants & my dd kept pick'n the lil tomato's off their plant. GRRR! Either way I felt bad even though they said they didn't care, but now that my tomato plants are ripening I've sent over alot of tomatos & zucchini as it's only fair, since dd picked their plant (not that they are even alive anymore).

Oh & on the side of pesky co-workers... there was a lady when I was working who was going thru a divorce (to my grandmothers, neighbor boy no less *L*) to this guy who thought he could have his cake & eat it too literally! It was interesting to hear what was happening but this lady wouldn't stop talking bout it.... it just consumed her. No matter how much you tried to leave her area she would just keep yacking. I'm like "K" I've got to get back to my station before I get in trouble for slack'n ect... & she'd still be talking even after you left or come out by everyone else & gripe about it. It drove everyone nuts!

Now we have Mr. Pest!! He comes in a few minutes after we do, and sits with us. We don't want anyone to sit with us. He never eats, just blabbers the whole time. (He is also Mr. no personality too) This is not every night, but several times a week, usually Tues. and Thurs. Ok, we found another restaurant! We have very conspicious cars, and he finds us no matter where we go.

To make it even worse, Mr. Pest shows up with Mrs. Pest about once a month on a sat. night to join us for dinner. Never asks, never calls, just shows up!! She is a 100 times more boring than her husband.

They have parents here, a brother and SIL here, a son here, and who did they chose to come and eat with on their anniversay, US!!

I know how you feel, we feel like moving too. Oh and now, he comes to my husband's jobs every few days to talk about his house!!!
Have you guys tried sitting at a table with just two chairs? I would! that would annoy the crap out of me.

YES!!!!!!! lol sorry but to me yes they are. they are also very beautiful. but for someone that is terrified of dogs yes! I have a black lab btw and people are intimidated by her and she is such a baby! but I have raised her since birth so I am not afraid of her. She has discovered she can bark very loud and people will back off and I think she secretly laughs!

I am thinking that some of you people know some real annoying people! I am so glad that I don't know those kind of people. Just be really clear when the waitress shows up that these are on two seperate checks.

Well our restaurant does not have any tables with 2 chairs, but if they did, that is just what mr. pesky would do, drag another chair over! We always sit next to each other, if we can't we wait for a four top to open up. Oh yes, he does not eat, but always has coffee which we have to pay for!! We are saving money, we have stayed home 4 nights this week to avoid him!

[QUOTE=Amorphous02]Ima, Lux, It seems that Mr.Pest KNOWS that no one can stand him. He, by offering you the contract, is buying his company. Pathetic!!!
                        QUOTE]

This sounds like a guy at my church. He recently inherited money from his mom's passing. He has spent big time and had local contractors do this and that for him. But, they are paying for it big time. He finds out where they live and shop and where their spouses work and goes there to talk to them. I think he's lonely, but he comes on way too strong for most of us. The local remodeler had to dodge church just to stay away from him. He buys stuff at local shops and stores and then pesters the people there to death. Every Sunday he traps us and we are, too nice, because every Sunday I'm frustrated big time. But, I figure better he pester us than someone who is having problems or new or visiting our church.

                          So true Rob62521,
The worst kind is when FAMILY does this to you!!
Someone in my family bought her way to a wedding( paid for flowers or something/ loaned money). She then monopolized so many things. Fed up , the bride told her , in tears, to get lost!
Sad thing is that some people dont listen when you tell them subtly, and cannot take it if you tell them the truth.

I think most of us are just too nice! We have another pesky guy, I call Mr. Miami. We don't even know him. He found out my husband is a builder and he is remodling, so he comes over to our table and hangs over it and pesters my dh while we are trying to eat.

As the wife, I know that i can drive these pests away from my husband. My husband shows polite interest in the guy, so he kept comming back. Not very educated, he is rough and vulgar. When i was a stident, no one came near unless they were good friends. Thanks to H, I have to put up with these jerks.

I would not pay for his coffee. When the bill comes I would say oh, here is your coffee on our bill! or I have had some people actually tell me to correct the bill to reflect seperate checks. I bet if you did that in front of him he would get the message!
