What frugal thing did you do today? 2014 edition

I always keep a few gallons of water in the trunk of my car...i refill my water bottles before going into work everyday. of course i could refill from the tap, but the water in my city is absolutely vile.

(if someone can tell me how i can get in the business of selling 12 oz of water for 1.70+, i would greatly appreciate it haha. )

-Hung my laundry to dry
-Bought some brand foods at my dollar store
-Spent my day off deep cleaning my apartment with dollar store cleaners instead of going out and spending money
-I ordered delivery pizza but compaired prices for all the delivery places in town for the best deal.

I don't know if this is falls under the umbrella, but I evaluated things that I purchased on the clearance sales. You know, sometimes after you get things home from the store they just don't have the appeal they did before purchasing. So I loaded up a bunch of things that I knew I would never miss if they were gone and took them back to the store.

It really helped by laying everything out and looking at my receipts. I basically said to myself, "Would you rather have $XX.XX or this stuff?" Made it a pretty easy decision.
