I have a bath every day. We have a huge bath that we fill half way up. When I lie down I can submerge my entire body. When I am finished I let out half the water and then refill for the next person and they do it for the last. We wash hair twice a week. Head lice don't seem to affect us as much since we started doing this.

We are on a well here...so it's daily for DH and DD3...usually daily for me too, although some days I admit to skipping (never more than a day tho- just cause I coudn't stand it)

Everyday. In the summer sometimes twice. I have to take a shower daily or else I feel beyond disgusting.

Now I think that is crazy, I take a shower before bed and when I get up in the morning and maybe a bath at least once a week. The thought of not taking a shower drives me crazy

I take a shower and wash my hair every morning. I didn't realize there were so many alternatives! My husband takes one shower in the morning and one at night. My daughter, (11 months) gets a bath w/hair wash every other day. So, if you average my husband and my daughter, it's pretty much one per day for everyone!

Everyday at the least here. I need it to wake up if for no other reason!! But really I cant even take my daughters to school without one first I just feel to sleepy & gross if I dont.

I do have a friend though who not sure how often she showers but a lot of times she says well its gonna be 90 again today so I am not gonna bother with one today I will just go outside & sweat.

I say to her well then dont bother stoping by my house PLEASE!!! Sorry but IMO when its 90 for weeks on end that is when you should be showering everyday if not hosing down outside at least daily!!!

I have a jacuzzi tub (one of the only luxuries at my house) and I take a jacuzzi almost every night in the cold weather. But a shower a day or more...

I bathe every day and in summer sometimes twic. BUT soap is very bad for our skin. The natural oils kep our skin healthy and soap disrupts the acid-base balance. My dad was embarrassed to admit he uses soap only underarms and for the 'punani' (male equivalent') but in reality its healthiest. Someone else I know just uses salt.


I use a mild soap like Pears or Dove or Nivea and moisturise afterwards

bathe every morning, and if i don't feel clean, i will take a shower before bed. this especially holds true in the summertime when it gets hot and humid here in georgia.
