Re: Your Lesser Known Tips
How To Repair Burned Foods
Let’s say you burned your spaghetti sauce. Not to worry. Go easy now and take a large spoon , remove the top part of the sauce. Do not stir it up, or go all the way to the bottom. If you do you’ll bring up the burned part also. Just remove the top portion, that comes up easy. Transfer this to another pot. You shouldn’t taste any burned part now. If the sauce is beyond repair, where the whole thing is unsalvageable- sorry you’ll have to start from scratch. But I have helped several out of a jam, where we were able to selvage enough off the top, so there was no burnt taste.
Have several tips of all kinds to share with you.
Been awfully busy with a bake sale, and a raffle. I’m the vice here at this club of 62 people. So I have to participate in all doings. Next coming up is an auction. Will jump on here when I get time.
