I think Steve did a good job at identifying the point of this thread. Regular trips to Trump Tower will be an extremely expensive nightmare for the secret service, and for NY.

Didn't think I was getting graded. I call it as I see it bro. He does something good..I give him a thumbs up..he does something crazy..I call him out.Originally posted by StormRichards View PostThis type of a response is a step back for you.
He said on the campaign trail "I don't care about any of my businesses once I become president"..and yet he can't seem to let them go now. Then again he is back peddling on almost every crazy thing he have said so perhaps I'll give him this one..

Not only expensive but also a logistical nightmare for tens of thousands of people. We've already had one episode of the Lincoln Tunnel being closed at rush hour because Trump was in town. That caused gridlock for over an hour. He just can't be doing stuff like that on any regular basis and yet he has talked about spending weekends at Trump Tower. I don't think that's going to happen unless he flies in by helicopter. Does Trump Tower have a helipad?Originally posted by StormRichards View PostRegular trips to Trump Tower will be an extremely expensive nightmare for the secret service, and for NY.Steve

Obviously we disagree on that. I certainly want our leaders to be supporters of social justice. That's part of the whole "leader" role to me. Someone who isn't going to campaign for the rights of others is not someone I want in charge.Originally posted by greenskeeper View PostAbsolutely terrible.Steve

And not grading. Just seemed like your tone was improving and from my viewpoint it is going back to the way it was before.

How would you define social justice?Originally posted by greenskeeper View Postyour definition of social justice is very different from mine, no big deal.
To me, it means providing equal treatment and equal opportunities for everyone regardless of gender, race, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, etc. It means not giving preferential treatment to one group at the expense of another.Steve

I agree with those points, however you cannot have certain groups creating perceived injustice when it doesn't exist in reality.Originally posted by disneysteve View PostHow would you define social justice?
