TRUE! Sometimes our health is totally driven psychologically. We tend to over think things, take them pretty seriously and even forget to smile because of them, these factors cause big effect to our health, the more we sob into things the more depressant we bring to ourselves. Depressant causes illness. This actions are very unhealthy. To stay healthy, we must always stay happy no matter what, at least that will ease up our burdens.

Don't Focus on the Bad!
Life is short, and it's a lot shorter if you spend it longing for what you don't have, and regretting the things you haven't done.

I also agree with you.Thats the people stay happy in their lives are good and the became healthy, but other people that always worried about anything and have tension they became ill and their lives are not so good.
