Swimming is my favorite exercise. It is not only exercise,it is also a fun.
I really enjoy it.It give me strength and improves breathing process. It increases stamina and flow of blood in the body.
I also love football,it is amazing game indeed. Build muscle tone and increases stamina.
Football is really a good sport for fitness because you will run and run.In Finland there are many of people use to different kind of liikuntakeskus Tampere or sport in Tampere which lead them to a physically fit body and very fit.
The opening post read kind of like a (stripped) spam but I'll play along.
I believe the best kind of sport fitness is the sport that you enjoy the most. Having fun is the name of the game for most people, and if you love it, you will keep doing it, which will help you stay fit.
Having said that, for those who are truly interested in just fitness or losing weight, please watch this:

I can't link it yet because I don't have enough posts to do so.
Long story short, try to stay on your feet and walk as much as possible, and for actual exercising, HIIT (High Interval Intensity Training) can be enough, especially if you lead a busy life.
Also know that while you can do nothing about your genetics, you can still do quite a bit about your diet and exercise.
While I'm at it, as important as exercise is, what's even more important is your diet. Though it's not recommended, I know some people who only diet, and not exercise (due to recovering from injuries), and they have had more success than exercising but not dieting.
Ideally though, you want to do both.
For dieting, I highly recommend myfitnesspal.com. It's a simple and great way to keep track of your macros (macronutrients, such as calories, protein, carbs, and fat).
You'll have to figure out your daily caloric intake first, and have an idea of what percentages your macros should be. Sadly, I don't have any reliable links that I can personally vouch for to figure that out. I ended up using several and taking the average of those numbers.
As a starting point though, you can use something simple like 2000 calories, and a 40/40/20 split. That's 40% protein / 40% carbs / 20% fat. They're nice, round numbers and should work well for most people Adjust as you see fit based on your own research.
Finally, I just have to add that physical fitness-- like financial fitness-- is really about mental fitness in the end. It's all about staying motivated, determined, and having fun as much as you can doing it. Without mental fitness, it's easy for everything else to fall apart.

---------------------
Swimming is great. I mean when you are swimming, every parts of your body will move. The disadvantage of swimming has the only one, if you swim often, your shoulders will be bigger.
All the outdoor sports activities are the best source of work out for the body, I love playing cricket and football the most but cricket is my favorite sport to play.
