Sports are best for health and fitness. Following are some best sports activities that people like to do.
1. Cricket
2. Jumping
3. Football
4. Badminton
5. Swimming.
I don't know any of the rules, and me and my buddy make absolute fools out of ourselves when we try.. but racket ball is one heck of a workout. If your gym has a court give it a shot.
Swimming is my favorite exercise.It is not only exercise,it is also a fun.
I really enjoy it.It give me strength and improves breathing process.It increases stamina and flow of blood in the body.
Swimming is really good one, but I use to play basketball. This is also a very good activity which keep you healthy. Every weekend I use to go to my friend's place where we play basketball with his neighbor.
I also use to play basketball with my friends at weekends, but I also love to play football sometime. I think from mention sports football is the best one among them.
I love riding my bike, walking, hiking, and snowboarding. I also dabble in running....it gets the job done-but, I don't love it! The first three choices are free, so they are the ones I do the most.
