I have a Facebook account. I've found so many of my high school classmates and a few of my college classmates. Plus I've found some neighbors from when I was in elementary school! I have too many apps to remember - the garden one, the map one (showing where you've visited/lived), the school friends one, etc. I had Top Friend for awhile, but I didn't like receiving alcoholic drinks, nor really the idea of singling out certain people as top friends.

Personally, I hate all of the 'Apps' and whatever else.... Facebook has become too complex--I only want it to keep in touch with friends, which is all I do with it. All the rest of the junk on there is only an annoyance. I can't count the number of quizzes or pieces of 'flair' I've been sent (all of which have subsequently been ignored).

I agree making the transition from myspace to facebook is hard at first. But once you get used to it, you don't want to go back.
Myspace is just a glorified a web page, IMHO. Facebook is much more of a socially interactive site.
I agree with Kork that some of the app requests sent by friends can be annoying, but there are lots of really good apps: Scramble, Word Twist, Lexulous, PathWords, ChessPro, Bowling Buddies, .... and of course my personal favorite: Send Metallica.
