e-Rewards - Is it down?

I've been using e-Rewards since 2008 and I can't log in today. Is anyone else having issues?

Many long-term users are reporting that their accounts are being "soft-locked" until they provide a government ID and a selfie. If you can't log in, it might be because your account was flagged for this "security update" in the background

Thanks for your feedback. I followed up with their support and was told that I had violated their Terms of Service in some way and my account was suspended! I am super frustrated with this. It seems suspicious, because I don't think I did at all. I had been playing some games through their Offers program in the hopes to earn points to turn into airline miles, and losing that progress is beyond annoying.
