Home Depot 11 Rebate?

I just found this website browsing around - evidently you can get 11% back if you buy in store at participating Home Depots.

Has anyone used this? I could see it being super valuable if you're buying a big ticket item...or even a moderately prices ticket item...or even something worth $100 bucks...

I used to work for Home Depot part time a few years back, and this seems scammy to me.
I doubt this is officially affiliated with Home Depot.

The only rebates that Home Depot ever officially gave across the board was 10% off for signing up for their in store credit card.
Beyond that, the only rebates available were product specific from manufacturers ($20 back on a gallon of Behr Paint for instance)

Definitely looks like spam. The fact that the url is not home depot.com is a big red flag.

Might be legit (according to SEC.gov Home Depot Product Authority LLC is a subsidiary of Home Depot). But weird. Only available at stores in some cities in 15 states. And the list of exclusions is 1,306 pages long! I'd say proceed with extreme caution and only if you're sure you meet the fine print requirements.
