You can't earn easily on line anymore than punching a time clock daily is easy. Anyone who tries to tell you how to earn easily or tries to get you to buy something to help you earn money easily and quickly is a snake oil salesman. It just doesn't happen. Anything that can help you earn money will take time and thought and work. Lots of people will tell you you can but none of them will tell you that they actually did it unless they are trying to rope you into some multi-level or other marketing scheme that they get paid the more people that sign up under them.

I make money on line and have been for 12 years by selling goods on several websites. It is work and takes time and dedication. It has not been easy. I haven't made a fortune, but have helped the bottom line of our family finances. And unless someone on this thread sews and is looking for a sewing pattern or two (which is what I sell) I don't post here to get money from readers. I post on these threads when I find them to steer those away from those that want to make people believe that there is an easy way to make money. If there was, wouldn't everyone be doing it and we would all be rolling in dough?

Michael, you are absolutely right, yet people keep promoting ways to make money that I doubt they have ever done themselves. At least it is hard to get anyone to come out of the closet and talk about it unless they are in a MLM scheme and want people to sign up under them.

Ebay is not the only fish in the sea when it comes to selling online, as a matter of fact many ebay sellers are leaving or have left by the hundreds if not thousands because of harsh policies that ebay institutes against its sellers (which strangely enough are EBAY'S customers!). I left ebay years ago and sell on ecrater and Amazon, but I have had to source the goods I sell and do the off line work that you mention.

There will always be those that are looking for the easy way to riches, and they will never find it. Even these so called rich overnight type people have been on a learning curve for years so that when the opportunity presented itself, they could jump in.
I have never yet with my selling on line made a full time income. I know I could if I wasn't battling health issues daily, but if I could do the work, I could make the money. But then I have never looked for an easy way. You have to be willing to work, educate yourself, etc. so that you will recognize something that is a good opportunity for you. For many that are willing to work at it, it is possible to make some pocket money fairly easily, but it still means searching out those opportunities.

I hear you on the way that just one internet change can make such a huge difference in your income overnight. I was climbing in sales and income, Google made an algorithm change and my income dropped 100’s of dollars a month. Every time they make those algorithm changes, sales and visibility drop even further. That means I have to work and work smart and hard to promote my goods to stay one step ahead.

Google adwords COSTS you money. I think you are thinking about Google Adsense which is a way to earn money if you have a blog or website. If you don't have a way to show ads then you can't make money with adsense.

eBay while popular for years as a place to sell unwanted things or to sell sourced inventory, is hurtling itself quickly down the toilet from what I here from other long term ebay sellers. I personally left ebay years ago when my income per month was less than the monthly fees I had to pay!

I used to do PPC currently I use a few of the methods above, but as far as PPE I make at least $500 a month extra with out much effort.

I just keep that going because if you can find an easily targeted niche then there is a good amount of easy money involed

So True! Some are so lazy that they won't even read through all the comments on this kind of thread to get ideas. Or if they do, they won't spend even a minute to research the ideas on line. That is why we keep getting posts on how do I make money on line, or how can I make more money, or even just the plain how do I make money. The want to be spoon fed and if at all possible have someone do all the work for them.

I've yet to see someone take some advice from here (or any thread like this anywhere) and come back and say that they took such and such advice, put a lot of effort into it all and now with some hard work they are making an extra $500 or $5000 a month. And it does take effort. Last month we had one of our best selling months ever! We sold 151 items, and not ONE of those items listed themselves. We had to list each and every one on 2 different venues! Work earns you money. Those that have money coming in so well that they can sit back with their feet propped up and never do anything all day, had to work hard to get enough money invested that they can live off the profits or they inherited it. Money doesn't jump into your bank account on its own either!
