Hi, guy I'm new to the forum so if I am doing anything wrong just let me know. I've read the rules and guidelines so I think I should be good. Anyways, has anyone every heard of a company called ProSem Direct? A co-worker at my day job showed it to me the other day. Just wondering what you guys think about it. It seems pretty legitimate to me and I've always wanted to have my own small business. I guess they show you how to make money in the liquidation and wholesale markets. Let me know, thanks!

A quick google search on that company shows that your query (slightly modified, of course) has been posted to multiple sites recently. This means that either you are interested and want to get multiple opinions, or you are trying to bring people to that company's site for some reason.
Since this is your first post, I am leaning toward the latter.

Thanks for the responses.I don't exactly know what you mean as far as MLM goes, could you please clarify? I have posted this question on some other sites just to get a feel for what other people are thinking. I really wouldn't want to invest in the program without getting some feedback, you know.

A MLM program is Multi-Level Marketing strategy. It's sometimes called Pyramid Marketing or Networking Marketing because sellers in addition to their own sales receive compensation for other sellers they recruit.
After doing some research on ProSem Direct on the internet and their website I can safely say that ProSem Direct it is NOT a MLM or Pyramid Marketing Program. The company only provides the tools and resources to get started in the Wholesale/Liquidation business. There is no type of recruiting what so ever. I guess you pay to have access to the videos and web seminars and other information. By the looks of it, it's free to sign-up for at the moment. Can anybody confirm this? Overall the company is legitimate, I even watched a few of their YouTube videos and the idea makes sense to me. I'll have to check it out some more when I get a chance but it seems pretty neat.
If anyone can provide further insight into this company I'd appreciate it.

I should really delete this whole thread, but will leave it up since "I really wouldn't want to invest in the program without getting some feedback." Of course, the person who posted that is promoting the company and already knows exactly what it is. How do we know this? Because both gsnackwell and jessthebest are the same person,
"If anyone can provide further insight into this company I'd appreciate it."
It's a scammy operation in the way that they promote themselves which gives you a good idea about how they are as a company. I would stay as far away as possible.
