Lake Michigan Credit Union pays 3% up to $15,000. This includes free ATMs and no minimum balance. There are 4 monthly requirements:

1. You must make a direct deposit into your Max Checking account

2. You must make a minimum of 10 debit card purchases per month

3. You must make a minimum of 4 logins to home banking per month

4. You must be eligible for and sign-up to receive eStatements/eNotices from the credit union.

Most people think that you must be a Michigan resident to take advantage of this, but you don't. Upon sign up, you can opt to make a $5 donation to the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Association of Michigan which will make anyone eligible for this offer.

It's always good to check on the local credit unions in your area. At least where I live, they always have interesting promotions that are far more interesting than any of the major banks. I have signed up on more than one occasion because of these promotions.
