How can I make money watching TV?

I love watching TV. I spend at least 6 hours a day watching my favorite shows. We had a discussion in one of my classes that we should try to find a job that we loved to do. Since I love watching TV, that's what I want to do, but I don't know of any jobs that would pay me to watch TV. I want to know if there are any jobs that would let me make money doing this or if there are ways I could create a job from watching all the shows that I do?

Maybe you should go for a career path with a television network? They are the ones who ultimately decide what stays on for another season and what gets cancelled on their specific networks.

You could take part in various quizzes centred around the programme you watch. However be aware, this will not earn you enough money. Maybe, if you now have the pulse of the viewer, you can end up writing scripts for sit-coms or produce a show or manage the advertisement. In short, enter the entertainment industry.

I had a colleague who was watching various videos (tv shows, movies etc) online and evaluating (testing) the quality of service. He said it's possible to earn extra money on this but you can't really relax as you need to make notes about every lag or artifact you notice. One day he was watching videos on mobile, tablet, PC and laptop at the same time overnight and made decent amount of money.
