  • Naked Juice Money from Lawsuit

If you have purchased Naked Juice in the last 6 years, you may have some money owed to you. There was a recent lawsuit settlement that has put aside $9 million for those who purchased Naked Juice between September 27, 2007 and August 19, 2013. The lawsuit was filed regarding the label claims that Naked Juice was "100 percent juice," and "all natural"

If you purchased any of the eligible Naked Juice flavors you may receive up to $75 if you still have the proof of purchases, and up to $45 if you no longer have the proof of your purchases. The claim form must be filed electronically or through the mail by Dec. 17, 2013.

I signed up for this about a week ago. I'm sure we have spent over $75 on that juice, but alas I have no proof. I will take $45 though!

I haven't spent a whole lot on Naked juices, but a few here and there.... so sure I'll sign up for it, though I probably only have a legitimate claim of $20-$25. Honestly, I don't care a great deal (personally) about only using "all natural" and "non-GMO" foods, but I suppose there is a point to be made for truth in advertising. They still taste great.

I'm just curious, since I've never been a part of one or looked into it before.... when you enter in to a class action suit like this, how much information about the claimants (all of us) becomes public record, or is released to the public?

Thanks for posting this! I've spent quite a bit on those dang juices over the years in an effort to get nutrients on the go and was super annoyed to find out that they were genetically modified. Unfortunately I never thought i would need the proofs of purchase so only qualify for the $45 but it's better than nothing...
