Can I make money playing fantasy football?

I'm new to fantasy football as I just started last year, but I ended up winning my league even though some of the people had been playing for years. I was wondering if there was any way to earn money playing fantasy football and how to go about doing that. Does anyone here play in leagues where you can make money?

I pay $150 for one of my leagues and could win about $2000. Yes you can make money, but winning a league once does not mean you are ready for competitive leagues... if people pay $150, I'd like to think any of the 12 of us could win any free league.

If you are good enough you can make money. But, consider these two points before you start.

1) Make sure what you get involved in is legit and legal
2) Don't assume that cause you won against all your buddies that you will win against pros

You would be stepping into the big leagues, and most people who step into the big leagues are shocked and brought back to reality. Nothing wrong with trying though.
