Making money with phone apps?

Does anyone know of any good phone apps that I can use to make money? I have been using CheckPoints which allows me to earn gift cards. I was wondering if there are other phone apps out there that can help me earn money. I figure that it would be better for me to waste time earning a bit of money here and there on my phone than playing games when I'm bored. Any suggestions beyond CheckPoints?
