These are some of the other ways to earn online:
Elance - an outsourcing site and it could be a great way to make money online as a freelancer.
    oDesk – Same as Elance.
Google AdSense – Probably the most common way to monetize a website or blog. You can easily add AdSense ads to your site and earn money for each click. Click value depends on your niche and targeted keywords.
Google AdWords – This is the flip side to AdSense. You can use Google AdWords to drive traffic (which costs money of course) to a landing page or website where you will ideally make more money off that traffic than what it costs you per click.
Chitika – Another way to monetize your website with ads, similar to AdSense. Usually, Chitika ads don’t pay as well, but can still be effective.

Thanks for making and sharing the list. I know there are a lot of ways to earn money online. But before you indulge yourself in joining in any of those sites, research first and read a lot. I'm working as a freelancer online and I keep seeing some posts that keeps asking what to do about the site when the answer is just there, they just have to read it. I admit before being a member I didn't take it seriously but when I did, everything came easy. Goodluck for those who are starting to learn their way to become an online freelancer.

Thanks for the ideas, but a word on AdSense and blogging for money. Unless you develop a very high traffic blog very fast, this is a difficult way to make money, to say the least. Lots of work for pennies at best.

One fun and easy way to make some extra money in your spare time (& not mentioned here) is Swagbucks. I make roughly $50-75 per month just by using it in place of daily "googling" and playing games and watching a few videos.

There are a lot of ways to make money online. I earn a handsome amount of money by writing articles, doing blog posts, craigslist works, web designing and so on. The thing you will have to do is that you will have to catch the link.

                    Earn money online

It's very easy to earn money online. You are a beginner only, so you should try first reading mail, clicking ads, survey. Starting isn’t that easy, you have to be very patient because you are going to build a good reputation first and earn good feed backs from employers in order to have an impressive account. With experience, you'll be able to build a good career online.

There are lots of ways you earn money online as long as you possess some skills and expertise like a web developer, graphic designer or a programmer. You can also look for jobs that doesn't really need you to be a geek like content writer, virtual assistant, data entry, social media marketer and etc.

You can look for these kinds of jobs on social media, job boards, forums and freelancing sites. All you need is to expand your search, which will give you better chances of having a client.

Here's are some of the sites you can check.

Staff.com - Where you can look for full time jobs.
Craigslist.org - Where you can look for jobs near your area.
Freelanceswitch.com - A community of freelancers where you can also look for jobs.
Freelancewritinggigs.com - Where you can look for writing gigs.

As per your skill you may earn at most of the on-line sites and through which you may easily generate great revenue as per your skill. But you must have that skill first as you may see there's been a huge scope of web application development and in such there are 2 languages which are at top in market .Net and PHP .

There are a myriad number of ways to make some extra cash online. Problem is, many methods take money to start with, or the money may take awhile to materialize. So the first question is, immediate money or long term income?

Immediate is actually easy...Facebook, Craigslist, Facebook, etc. Long term is harder...many sites are scams, or require hundreds of dollars to get anywhere.

There are a couple programs I have found that work well, but they are not get rich quick...they take some time to establish, and take some regular (not hard) effort!
