  • Credit Hustle

Credit Hustling is something that can be done in any gambling establishment which has slot machines. In the old days when coins were actually used, people would go around looking at the slot machines to see if anyone accidentally left coins in the machines. Today all slot machines give out credits and there are people that do the same thing with credits. The key is that it is a lot easier for people to accidentally leave a lot of credits on a machine than a lot of coins.

What happens is that there are a lot of distractions at casinos and people who are playing slot machines get distracted and leave their machines with credit on them more often that most people think. There are people who spend their days walking the casino floors looking for machines where credits have accidentally been left on the machines and pocketing them.

Because credits are just a number on the machine and not physical coins, it is much more likely that someone will leave a large amount of money on the machine than before all the slot machines went electronic. There have been instances where credit hustlers have found machines with several hundred dollars on them.

While definitely not the way to make a living, this is something that you might want to try the next time you happen to be in a casino with slot machines.
