Does anyone have a sample letter asking old creditors to stop reporting to the CRA if the account is paid in full?

These accounts were not turned over to a CA, I actually paid these

That's what makes up your credit history. As long as the account was properly handled, it is to your benefit to have it as part of the record.

I agree. Don't ask to have an account removed if it shows positive on your report. The older the account the better, showing a longer credit history span.
