I own a small internet company, and we are designing our employee benefits package. Does anyone know of a good source of information about Roth 401K plans and how to analyze whether it would be a good plan for our business?

I work with American Express (now Ameriprise) and have a Roth 401k with them.

I know they work with all-size companies.
