    They appear to be legit cancelled certificates.

      I went over to e-bay for a look-see and I find it adorable that most of them are 1 share UTMA certificates. I wonder how they managed to keep the cancelled certificates? I would be fine converting the shares to book format if I could keep the original (cancelled) certificate.
