Business Credit Card Questions

Is it possible/smart to apply for a business credit card just for the sign up bonus if you really don’t have a business?

I've tried before but was shot down. I tried the southwest business one so I could obtain a companion pass.

I tried to go the ebay business route but that didn't fly. A lot of users report how easy it is to slide by but I gave up.

I always said if you don't suck with money and pay your credit card off in full I don't see a single reason to not scoop up as many cc rewards as possible. It does ding your credit score a little so if you need a loan be careful. I guess that is the single reason to possibly not do it.
