According to Google, it's $39 or $49 depending on which version of the service you are using.

I don't know if there is a difference between the downloaded version and the CD. The state costs $20.00 to efile using TT deluxe (on CD). Certain Chase brand credit cards currently offer a $10.00 refund on a Intuit TurboTax purchase (for which the efile is eligible).
