After 3 months of settling in our new home, we regained our number back over $500K in net worth ($502,649 to be exact). (P.S The first time we achieved $500k was in May 2016 after selling our old home, repairs fixing + realtors fees our cash flow took a hit). We originally thought, it would take another 6 months to get back at this level status maybe this summer. Thanks to the housing market, new homes are still selling like hotcakes in our area. Of course, the stock market helped a lot along the way coupled that with aggressive savings.
Next milestone is a million.
