60,000 points for business card
50,000 points for personal card
This is a miles reward, but we have redeemed in the past for $500 of gift cards (50,000 points = $500) These things always change, so research that part and don't take my word for it.
There is an annual fee, but they will refund if you cancel the card quickly (90 days?).

Chase Sapphire Reserve
Hey guys,
I just recently got the chase sapphire reserve card partly because of its introductory offer. The sign up fee is a little pricey ($425) but the perks in the first year make up for that. There is a 100,000 point introductory offerwhich translates to ($1,500) if you purchase flights through the card interface. You also get a yearly $300 credit for travel, your global entry fee of $100 paid for and access to priority sky lounges across the world. You also get 3 points on travel and dining purchases and 1 point on everything else. I don't know if I'll hold the card for more than a year but I think the initial offer was too good to pass up. I'm planning on making a big trip at the end of the year with all my points.

The other benefits far exceed the preferred card. 3 points *150% redemption rate equals to an effective 4.5%.
The $300 travel credit means the annual fee is $150, not $450.
