I really need help. Very desperate.

I have been struggling for months with food and rent. I need a loan but no one will give it to me because I am European (no SSN/no US bank account).

European banks/companies won't give it because I'm abroad.

Can someone help?

Go to stadiums after big games or concerts and look under and behind the seats. Change often falls out of people's pockets. Also, check vending machines' change boxes. People often forget to take their change. Alternatively, become a politician.

What kind of Visa do you hold? Has someone signed an Affadavit of Support for you at USCIS? If so, is that person helping as they would have promised?

You probably have already discovered the in-kind food available from food pantries most often operated by churches and community service organizations. If not, call "United Way" in your area and find out where those are. There are some pantries that will give you food simply on your word that you need it.

If you are a student, you might get some more specific advice a your school. Perhaps they could help you find a roommate to share the rent.
