I want to start a business with my friend but we have no idea how to split. Any advice?

I'd find a good attorney before I'd do anything else.

It would be easy to say 50/50, but one of you may be fronting more capital.

Although I'm just new to say about it but equal partnership will be more better...

Your legal entity choice will be really important in the long run.

Are you both investing the same amount of capital? Will you both have the same amount of responsibilities? If so then equality make sense. If not, agree on something else.

You could have a partnership or you could have a corporation wherein you own shares of it.
