Does Anyone know about a group called LeTip?

While talking to the branch manager of my local bank this morning, (to correct an error in my favor) he asked me about my small business. Then he invited me out to a free breakfast with his networking group called Letip.

Can anyone tell me anything about this nationally-based networking group?
Is it worth joining?

No. I knew there were networking groups out there but not this particular one.

Looks interesting. Many chapters in my area.

I can't find anything bad about it when I do a search, which is usually a good sign. Looks like the annual membership fee runs about $300-$400 though.

I have been invited to join several networking orgs but I really don't feel comfortable referring people I don't know.
