How do you handle banking and money? Get your any of your automatic pays to another a/c. Do you each have your own accounts or do you pay the bills from one account? What will happen if she cleans out any money she can access? I hope you have an account that is yours alone. If she moves out, immediately transfer any sums to an a/c you control.

If you can't sell your house, you can get a roommate. I hope you can sell it since you commute a long ways each day but if not, a roommate would bring in extra income.

I am sorry you are going through this. If you are breaking up for good, you need to take stock of things and protect yourself. Your fiance will need to do the same. For example, you need to put cars and bank accounts in the appropriate person's name. If you just give her the car and have her make payments to you, what would happen if she totals the car? You'd still be stuck with payments. What if she decides to raid the bank accounts or charges up crazy amounts? Also, you need to look very carefully at the expenses you have and cut where you can. Often paying cancellation fees is less expensive than maintaining the monthly fee. Look into Republic Wireless, they have an inexpensive smart phone plan. Netflix vs Direct TV. I'd also recommend moving closer to your job. Commuiting 160 miles 1-2 days a week to see your kids is easier than commuting 5 days a week to your job.

Well looks like this will all work out between us, but I have taken everything in this thread and will start knocking off debt and trying to raise income. It will be a lot easier with two incomes and no child support thats for sure.
