  • Question on Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002. Help needed

I have a discussion question for class and would really appreciate if someone could answer it for me. I have a feeling most of you are familiar with this topic than I am, so, any help would be a great. Thanks!

    1. Impact of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002. Was it successful? Why or why not.
    2. From a financial perspective (not political) what role do you think the government should play in the financial market given the impact of the events on investor confidence?
    3. Do you feel that the proposed acts will help build investor confidence again? And if not, what would you like to see happen in order to be able to attract investors to financial markets?

    Please help!

The point of class is to make you more familiar with the topic based on study, lectures and textbook instruction.

Us giving you answers to your homework doesn't help make you more educated. Go study. That's how you'll learn.

After you study, then you will more familiar with the topic.
