Hey all,
I'm going to suggest a first time CC for my younger brother. He's 21 and has very responsible personal finances for his age, and ready to built more credit. He has student loans but never a credit card before. Therefore, if he is like me, he'll have ~700 credit score without ever swiping plastic. That being said, he'll be eligible for decent starter cards but not the good rewards ones such as my Chase Freedom. His goal in using credit is to open up good rewards cards, and all the other benefits of having good credit (lesser insurance costs, better rates, etc).
Under these conditions, does anyone have a suggestion for a good intro card for him?
