Recently bought quicken 2012 deluxe to help track my spending. Wondering if any of you use it and what your thoughts are on it. Looks like it does alot of cool things and should be pretty helpful but it also does some things in ways that just frustrate me.

Most recent version I've used is 2010. Been using quicken for probably at least 10 years.
However, I started using mint.com 18 months ago, and I honestly don't have a need for Quicken any more.seek knowledge, not answers

If the security aspect bothers you, then you may want to use Quicken instead, although whenever you update your accounts, your financial data will still be sent across the internet.seek knowledge, not answers

I've been using Quicken for years and upgraded 2011 [Premier] to download my brokerage and retirement accounts. On Sunday I bought a new program [iBank4] for my MacBook. If you have a self directed brokerage a/c Quicken is terrific. If you're wanting to see where the money goes...Quicken is efficient so long as you are willing to spend 15 minutes each payday to download and review the numbers.
