Sorry this is a little late! Here were my goals from September/October:
1. Pay at least $400 off on my Discover. - WooHOO - I paid it off COMPLETELY - I have absolutely no cc debt to speak of.
2. Build up my EF. - This was depleted when I moved and used it for my security deposit/other moving expenses. I now have $392 in my EF and will keep working on it.
3. Keep grocery budget at $250 a month, weekly totals at $105 for myself and my SO, Nick. Less if possible. Gas is of course a huge factor in this so we shall see. - DONE - last month I was in at $198. Weekly spending was also way under.
4. Try to get 4-5 days of exercise in there - I need to lose some weight. Also cut back on soda consumption - this is the main reason I have put on weight. - mmm no comment. This is a big goal for 2006.
Now that I met this year's goal and elminated all my cc debt, I am going to be moving on to pay off both car loans - Grand Am first. That is only $5300 so that will be easy in comparison to the Mustang ($19k right now). I am also going to look at refinancing both as my credit has improved quite a bit and I know I deserve a better rate. I'll keep you posted!
