What is the difference in Ameritrade and Ameritrade institutional

I have a Roth that is being moved to TD Ameritrade by my advisor. We got the welcome letter and it says TD Ameritrade Institutional. How is that different than regular TD Ameritrade? Is it just as good, more fees?
