A couple days ago I locked in a rate to REFI my morgage. If I find a better deal can I cancel the process? And if I cancel what are the consequences? This was will Bank of America.

If you have not given them any money I think you can do what you want to do. Read the fine print though or ask the person who is handling your account. Have you already had appraisals and credit check completed? If so you would probably lose that money. Typically rates are not going to move that much in a short period of time to make it worthwhile. But I suppose it could happen. Since it is B of A I would read the fine print carefully.
