I am a diabetic. And my med's are threw the roof. I have been looking at "buck a day pharmacy".From what I've found out it seem's pretty legit. They are US company's in india manufacturing med's. But india's law's are different from our'. I can buy generic nateglinide(starlix) for 49.50. Here I pay 177.00. They are made in the same factory as I understand. Does anyone know about this company. Or perhaps one better. Thank's Cameorose

There was a big market with Canadian pharmacies a number of years ago. I had a few patients who ordered their meds that way. I'm not sure if it is still going on or if the government somehow cracked down on that. There used to be medicine-buying bus trips from border states. Same for Mexico. The meds were perfectly legitimate and safe. Many times, they were manufactured in the US and shipped to Canada for sale and US residents were just buying them from Canada where the prices were lower.
I haven't heard about ordering from India. I'd be a bit more hesitant dealing with India than dealing with Canada, but it could be totally legit. The Canada places were (probably still are).
Before I did that, though, I'd speak to your doctor to see if any of your meds could be changed to ones on the $4 generic plans at places like Wal-Mart or Target.Steve
