  • what is ARM 3.0?

I was recently told that my ARM 3.0 score was 230. For FICO scores that'd be terrible but apparently for ARM 3.0 that's supposed to be par for the course.

This kinda has me wondering... what's the difference?

What lender are you working with? Perhaps it's an internal score they use? I've never heard of it before, but then again, there are literally thousands of different credit scores out there. Generally speaking, your FICO scores are the only ones that truly matter.

ARM could be...Adjustable Rate Mortgage. Is your lender trying to convert your Adjustable Rate Mortgage to a fixed term?
