Are the life insurance quotes you receive from an online insurance reseller accurate?

I would think so... that's how they're trying to sell you so it doesn't make sense to lie about it.
Check out a couple different sites - should all be about the same. Then call up the company and say, "I saw this rate online. Is that offer good over the phone?" Or something like that. Just see if they'll confirm that the online rates are legit offers (which they should be).

Yeah, they're usually pretty close.
Now, how you rate out may be different from the quote you received.
For example, I didn't even know I had a cholestrol problem when I applied a couple of years ago. I believed I would be "super-preferred" but my cholestrol was about 230. So, I had to settle for "preferred".
Often, though, the reverse of that is true. If you rate out better than you believed to be, your prices will be cheaper than you expected. That happens quite a bit.
Like jpg said, shop around from a couple of sites just to make sure you get quotes from several insurers.
