I know how hard it is to delay buying something you really want when you don't have the cash, knowing all you have to do is sign on the line. And when I was in my 20's signing on the line is what I did a lot. The fact that OP is asking for others' opinions on whether or not he can afford it knowing he's gonna have to borrow means he's way ahead of where I was ... I wasn't asking anybody, I was just signing away.

Wonder how much $ I'd have now if I had tempered some of that signing ... Well, they sure were shiny!

I wish, when I was the OP's age, there was someone telling me - "Don't buy that, it will make you miserable later!" Alot is about to change in his life, and with it, the things he will be wanting. I'll bet, in 5 years time, he will be lusting after minivans and suburban ranch style homes.
