Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this book? I just found out that it was free to download back on 1/4/10.

Well, it was a short promo they were running to spread the word about the book. Now, you can buy them in the stores, and I heard it was running for something like $10 I think. So, not bad.
That or maybe you can find someone who can email you a copy.
If not, I assure you that you are not missing anything. It's basic advice that you can find anywhere on the net, and most even on here in this site. However, you just won't have it in a basic, handy file or book.
Either way, it's up to you. -
